Sunday, October 8, started out with rounds in the morning and discharging the 10 children who had surgeries the day before. Then, after 5 days of surgery and the clinic day for evaluations, the team took the rest of the day off to sightsee.

We were given a tour of the National Land Mark, bused to the Bogyoke Market where we were on our own for lunch and some shopping time.

Afterwards, we went to the spectacular Shwedagone Pagoda, and finally, the most wonderful dinner at Padonmar Restaurant. Thank you to the Yangon Rotary Club for making the day so special!
