MELONIE BLANCANEAUX improvised classes

While waiting for the first patients of the day to return from surgery, Nurse Melonie Blancaneaux in the Recovery Room, spent time working with the local nurses of Aswan General Hospital. Here they attentively listening to Melonie as she describes various advanced cardiac life support techniques. She shared the “Braselow Chart”, a color-coded system for quickly determining and administrating pediatric dosages and equipment sizes during emergency situations. The local nurses have plans to implement their own color-coding system based off the Braselow Chart.
